*Job Duties*
· Review file with Sales Consultant to have a full understanding of the event
· Load company vehicle with prepacked bins of equipment, décor, alcohol, and food if required, etc.
· Drive to and from event from shop
· Manage event staff while onsite
· Interact with client directly while onsite, regarding timelines or any concerns
· Successfully execute the event while professionally representing Tulips and Maple
· Unpacking / putting away all items in shop post event. All dirty items put in the dish pit (includes dirty décor/risers), food items thrown out (or kept if still good and put in fridge), all décor put away on appropriate shelves in shop and all bar stock (empties/full bottles) to be put away.
· Informing Event Coordinator when items (napkins, coffee, take-a-way containers) are running low so they can be ordered.
· Filling out Feedback form
· Binder placed in office for Event Coordinator
· Performs other duties as assigned
*Qualifications*
· A minimum of 1-year supervisory, food serving and bar management experience would be an asset
· Smart Service Certification is a must
· Current Safe Food Handlers Certificate
· Reliable Transportation and valid Class G Driver?s License; a driver?s abstract will be required
· Good proficiency and experience with word processing (MS Word), spreadsheets (MS Excel), company software and database programs
· Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
· Solid knowledge of catering service principals, processes, procedures, policies, directives and guidelines
· General physical wellness, ability to stand, lift, move etc. for long periods of time
· Successful Police Check will be required
· Current CPR, First Aid and WHMIS Training would be an asset
· Applicants must be 18 years of age and up
· Available to work shifts on days and weekends
