We are professionals that puts the worker's needs as our priority and our goal is to provide you with a stable work with one of our Signatories Employers._ *Our work environment includes:* * Growth opportunities * On-the-job training * Safe work environment Responsibilities: - Build and assemble metal structures according to specifications - Fabricate and weld components using various tools and equipment - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams - Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards - Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed Experience: - Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role - Proficient in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding - Familiarity with metalworking tools and equipment - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship - Good physical stamina and manual dexterity Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
