Working with products for customers in the Military & Aerospace industries requires people who are focused on delivering the best possible quality to our customers every time. We are looking for people who are ambitious and wish to develop their skill set and are excited to work on the latest NVIDIA, AMD, Xilinx, and WOLF technology. *RESPONSIBILITIES* * Complete Product Testing/Qualification to ensure all Product Requirements are met before delivery to customer based on approved test procedure documents and Wolf testing processes * Complete Mechanical Assembly and installation of thermal materials (gap pads, thermal gels/grease) based on approved product Assembly Instruction documents * Perform product programming of firmware/software based on customer or product requirements. * Record/report anomalies, failures, or damage to materials to supervisor and assist with the creation of NCR Reports (Non-Conformance Report) * Assist Team Leader with the creation of Deviations Instruction and Work Instruction documents as required to meet order demands. * Assist in root cause analysis of failed products, or in analysis of customer support related issues as assigned. * Propose corrective actions for resolutions to manufacturing and quality problems due to processes or equipment. * Conduct board rework as required and as outlined in Work Instruction documents such as: * Hand soldering SMT & through-hole components _(Training will be provided, previous experience soldering under a microscope would be an asset)_ * Cleaning of PCB/PCA * Application/removal of conformal coating * and other processes as assigned * Participate in Production Meetings and morning scrum, offering feedback and guidance to Team Leaders on current and upcoming orders, and how WOLF can improve its processes and technology offerings. * Consistently follows and complies with defined processes and workflows. * Assist in generating engineering and production documentation. * Maintain and protect corporate IP, systems, tools, data, and customer proprietary information. * Acts as a promoter of WOLF?s processes by suggesting productive enhancements and changes to workflow(s) as appropriate to help streamline work activities. *SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS* The following ARE required: * 3-5+ Years of experience working in Electronics Product Testing, Qualification, Validation or Design. * Strong knowledge and comfort level working with computer systems, and skilled at resolving problems when working with computers. * Experience with mechanical assembly of products following an assembly drawing. * Excellent command of written and spoken English. * A ?can-do? attitude with a desire to be a team player. * Technical writing is well structured, effective in purpose, free of grammatical errors and succinct. * Experience in the use of CAD, PCB Layout Software (OrCAD/Allegro), Schematic Software (OrCAD), Gerber Viewer, MS Office, and a high-level of general PC knowledge. * Experience working in an ISO 9000/9001 or AS9100D or workplace * Demonstrates competency in the use of lab tools and debug / analysis instruments (Multi-meter, Oscilloscope). The following are NOT required, but would be considered an asset: * Experience with soldering equipment, fine pitch / nano assembly, 0402 or 0201 component size, surface mount IC?s _(IPC 7711/21 Certified,- LocationAurora, ON
