<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>The Build Group </strong></p><p><strong>Carpenter </strong></p><p>$30-$35 per hour, FULL-TIME</p><p>Location: GTA</p><p>Looking for Red Seal or Journeyman Carpenter for year-round work. Must have experience in all areas of new home construction, must be able to follow a schedule, possess high standards for quality and an excellent work ethic.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Carpenter Duties and responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Rough carpentry and framing, finished carpentry and mill works</p><p>• Install hardwood floors, siding, cabinets, drywall and insulation</p><p>• Inspect products and conduct repairs or maintenance as needed</p><p>• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches, understand project specifications</p><p>• Take measurements and calculate the sizes and amounts of materials needed for the project</p><p>• Comply with all company and governmental safety guidelines</p><p> </p><p><strong>Carpenter requirements and qualifications</strong></p><p>• High school diploma or equivalent</p><p>• Completion of a carpentry program at a vocational school or carpentry apprenticeship preferred</p><p>• 5+ years of professional carpentry experience preferred</p><p>• Strong working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including installation and construction</p><p>• Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools</p><p>• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings</p><p>Good physical condition, stamina, and dexterity</p></div></div>- LocationToronto, ON
