Job details
We are looking for fun, friendly and outgoing people to join our team! As a member of our Customer Service Team you'll be the first line of contact for our customers. You will learn loads of product knowledge and be able to advise our customers on our products and packages. You will be answering their phone calls, making bookings, responding to their emails, etc. You'll be based in our head office which is attached to our Edmonton location. You'll need excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as the ability to multi-task and deal with many balls in the air. Attention to detail is essential.
