*Position Overview:* Join our team in Windsor, NS, as a Full Cycle Accounting Assistant and contribute to our financial operations with precision and independence. We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Accounting Assistant to handle essential bookkeeping tasks. In this role, you will: *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage full cycle accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks * Prepare monthly accounts receivable statements and handle collections * Ensure timely payment of accounts payable * Post journal entries and reconcile accounts * Enter and update customer account information * Support the sales team when needed *Skills and Competencies:* * Proficient in QuickBooks, with strong data entry skills * Excellent communication and attention to detail * Ability to solve problems quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivated with strong organizational skills * Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent experience * 1-2 years of relevant experience *What We Offer:* * Collaborative work environment * Opportunities for growth and development Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Ability to commute/relocate: * Windsor, NS B0N 2T0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationWindsor, NS
