If you?re looking to brew up a new adventure ? you?re the one we?re searching for! *The Gig* As an Accounting Manager, you?ll be uncovering patterns, transforming numbers into insights and have an opportunity to contribute to the strategic decisions of the company, while embracing creativity and innovation of crafting exceptional brews. Your leadership skills will shine brighter than our beer taps, and your previous experiences with processes and system development will make our operation so efficient, even robots would be jealous. Throw in some exceptional customer service and creative problem-solving skills and you?ll be the face of joy in our establishment. *What We?re Looking For:* * Financial wizardry. You are the go-to that can manage the brewery's financial operations with precision and flair, ensuring our accounts are as balanced as our beer recipes. * Preparing brew-tiful reports and analyze financial statements and reports, turning numbers into meaningful insights that guide our brewing and business segment decisions. * Ensuring hoppy compliance with accounting standards and regulations, because even our numbers need to follow the rules. * Team cheers, because teamwork makes the dream work (and the beer flow smoothly). * Hoppy skills: Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA certification preferred. * GAAP & Financial reporting standards is your love language.
