We offer a competitive salary and relaxed work environment working with great clients and a progressive office staff. *The Opportunity:* Cornish Harder Niederle LLP is currently looking to hire a full time receptionist to join our busy and well established practice. The successful applicant will have excellent phone, communication, multitasking and organizational skills as well as a high energy personality that possesses punctuality, shows confidence and commitment in their role. An Administrative Professional Certificate or equivalent is a priority. *Responsibilities:* * Greet and assist clients on the phone and as they arrive; ensuring a lasting positive impression * Execute and complete numerous internal documents and forms * Process, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail * Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of office stationery supply rooms including stocking, organization and distribution of supplies * Navigate and manage office software including archiving, entering time and payments as well as printing financial statements and assembling client tax returns * Perform routine clerical duties including photocopying, faxing and printing reports and daily deposits, as required Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person- LocationRed Deer, AB
