*Job Summary* A general family office with 5 op's in Thornhill is looking for a level 1 or 2 dental assistant. We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction. *What you will benefit from:* * Higher than average hourly rates * 8 hours per day, 4 days a week * Pay is bi-weekly by direct deposit * 4% vacation pay added to each pay * Working with a helpful and caring team * Growth and Development Opportunities * Working in an office that *isn't understaffed* with high turn over :) *Responsibilities:* * Cleans and prepares treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient continued * Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation * Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behavior * Maintaining sterilization room, equipment and supplies * Sterilize instruments and disinfect rooms according to standards * Control inventory, order materials and receive orders *Requirements:* * Certified Dental Assistant Level I or II * New grads are welcome to apply Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 35 per week Benefits: * Extended health care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Experience: * Dental Assisting: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Certified Dental Assistant (required) * HARP (required) Work Location: In person- LocationThornhill, ON
