*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient education and comfort. This role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
* Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term health.
* Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
* Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and infection control protocols within the dental office.
*Requirements*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
* Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental management software is preferred.
* Experience in pediatrics is a plus, as well as familiarity with medical terminology.
* Knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology is advantageous for restorative procedures.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner to patients.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within a busy dental office setting.
