*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting pharmacy operations, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care. This position involves assisting pharmacists with various tasks, managing medication inventory, and providing exceptional service to patients in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting. *Duties* * Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. * Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies. * Provide patient care by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications and health products. * Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies. * Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. * Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. *Experience* * Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with medication administration processes and medical terminology is highly desirable. * Experience in a hospital setting is a plus, as it enhances understanding of patient care dynamics. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team are essential.
