*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Duties* * Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas. * Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed for maintenance and cleaning tasks. * Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. * Provide custodial services in commercial settings, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. * Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames. * Communicate with facility management regarding any maintenance issues or supplies needed. * Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required, contributing to overall upkeep of the premises. * Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and maintaining a positive attitude. *Experience* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols is advantageous. * Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and facility users professionally. * A willingness to learn new cleaning methods and procedures as required by the organization.
