NOVA Networks is seeking Service Desk Analysts that have a strong knowledge of Office 365 and the Office suites including administration of the product \\ license management. The Service Desk Analyst will also require a strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
You are ?cool? under pressure demeanor and confident, alert voice will go a long way in supporting the end-user as you work through the problem and resolving it; providing the end-user with the tools to meet their deadline.
Candidate Requirements:
* A strong knowledge of O365, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint
* Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows 8, 10 environment
* Good Microsoft Exchange knowledge
* Strong English communication skills [reading, writing and spoken]
Nice to Haves:
* Good knowledge of Adobe Cloud products and administration
* Good server knowledge (Windows server 2012, 2018+) and working within Active Directory
* Bilingual English and French communications skills [reading, writing and spoken]
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Monday to Friday
* Morning shift
* Night shift
* Weekends as needed
