Gun Metal Fabrication Ltd is a custom truck bed manufacturer specializing in welding trucks and custom sled haulers. We are looking to bring talented people into our rapidly expanding business. We are looking for people with a desire to improve themselves, work as part of a team, are creative and have a passion for working on custom trucks. We are currently looking for welders to join our team! The desired applicant must have strong fabrication and welding skills with an emphasis on quality. Applicant must have the following skills and qualifications: Two (2) or more years welding experience. Experience with aluminum welding with a push pull gun or tig would be an asset. Extensive fabrication and repair experience Ability to interpret drawings, and instructions Knowledge of employee?s obligations under OH&S Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, exercise good judgment and common sense, and conduct themselves in a professional manner Must be aware of personal limitations and request assistance when unfamiliar situations arise Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship Pay: $18.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: 44 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Paid time off * Profit sharing Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Grande Prairie, AB T8V 4G6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Welding: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- LocationGrande Prairie, AB
