<p>Founded in 2001, Fed Finance is a recruitment agency that is specialized in accounting and finance positions. <br>Our consultants are finance experts and speak your language. <br>We select the best candidates for temporary and permanent positions. <br>We are committed to working with you throughout your job search and beyond!</p><p>Hello, I am Melissa, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for finance, accounting and payroll professions.<br><br>I am looking, for my clients, in downtown Montreal, for a senior an accounts payables supervisor, this is a permanent position, in hybrid mode.</p><p><br>- Review, evaluate and make recommendations to the Manager to improve the finance processes related to the Accounts Payable functions; <br>- Supervise finance staff in the Accounts Payable Group (approximately 6) and assist the Manager, Accounts Payable in the change management process (system & process designs, training, organizational impacts, restructuring, etc.); <br>- Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles as well as internal control standards that are required. <br>- Coordinate process to ensure that the invoices are process on time. Investigate and resolve problems and avoid double payment; <br>- Provide functional support and expertise to the team.</p><p>Professional Experience/Qualifications: <br> <br>You hold a bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent experience; <br>You have eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in accounting including experience in accounts payable; <br>Experience in account payable freight or logistic an asset <br>You have experience in a management/supervisor position; <br>Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written: : This is required since as part of this function, you will have to intervene with customers, partners and/or our American subsidiaries on a recurring basis, both orally and in writing</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
