*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, ensuring that vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. This role requires a commitment to customer service and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, including diagnostics and troubleshooting. * Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently. * Interpret schematics and technical manuals to understand vehicle systems. * Conduct inspections and tests on vehicles to identify issues and ensure safety compliance. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. * Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and recommendations. * Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Assist with heavy lifting as required during repairs or part replacements. * Weld components as needed for specific repairs or modifications. *Skills* * Proficient in automotive repair techniques with hands-on experience in a dealership or similar environment. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose complex issues accurately. * Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. * Excellent customer service skills, ensuring clear communication with clients about their vehicle needs. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of the repair process. * Experience using various hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively. * A proactive approach to maintaining equipment and ensuring optimal performance.
