BG Plumbing is actively seeking a full time licensed plumber and an apprentice with minimum of 2 years experience. We are offering a very competitive compensation which includes overtime wages. We focus mainly on commercial plumbing which includes new construction and renovations to existing buildings. Job Responsibilities: * Install and repair complete plumbing and drainage systems and fixtures in commercial structures * is able to follow building plans and blue prints * can collaborate with general contractors , electricians and other construction professionals on the job site * respond to, diagnose and resolve plumbing issues Plumber Qualification/skills * Skilled in the use of hand and power tools in the plumbing trade * Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices * Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings * Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper * Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted Experience Requirements * 1-3 years experience as a journeyman plumber * 2 years experience for apprentice * Valid driver?s license * backflow license (added bonus) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
