We are looking for a Business and Data Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible to assist with the collection, integration, and utilization of business data. Support existing business processes and solutions. Provide recommendations to optimize software and business processes to continuously advance the business. General ResponsibilitiesIdentify and map business systems and dataSupport stakeholders on business systems (Examples: Maximus, Nedap, DLS, Metafarms etc.)Work with stakeholders to identify and integrate data flow Work with stakeholders to develop dashboards and integrate KPIs into reporting toolsAssist with the development of operational procedures, process analysis and documentationOther duties as required Education/Experience RequiredBachelors degree in computing science degree or equivalent business experience strong focus on data integration and/or analyticsExperience managing data, integrating data from API cloud-based services and internal systems.Preferred experience using advanced excel including VBA, Power BI or other Business Intelligence platformsPreferred experience in Software Development including SQL, C#, JavaScriptPreferred experience with Continuous Improvement methodology, SIPOCProficiency in written and spoken English (French would be an asset)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational skills, detail orientedA high degree of autonomy, initiative and interpersonal skillsOrganized, methodical, discreet, high level of confidentiality and professionalism in carrying out dutiesAbility to work under pressure and manage several files simultaneously- LocationHumboldt, SK
