Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Aesthetic Clinic Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will provide support to our medical aesthetic clinic by performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks. * *Strong written and verbal communication a MUST!* * *Experience in Luxury Customer Service environments is considered an ASSET!* * *An interest, knowledge and/or background in the beauty industry is also an ASSET!* * Communicate via in person and telecommunication methods with patients, schedule appointments, and follow up with patients * Provide relevant information about pricing, treatments and aftercare instructions to existing and potential clients. * Manage staff schedules, and liason with medical account representatives * Maintain patient records and ensure that all necessary forms are completed accurately * Assist the clinical team members with preparing treatment rooms for procedures and ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned and sterilized * Ability to write and speak in a clear manner while upholding The Face Lab messaging and using industry language. * Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory management, and ordering supplies * Capture and create social media content (considered an asset) * Well groomed with an ability to provide exceptional, thoughtful customer service. Requirements: * *MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY* * High school diploma or equivalent * Medical Administration Diploma an asset * Previous experience working in a medical aesthetic clinic or spa is preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Knowledge of non-invasive cosmetic procedures is an asset * Comfortable working with medical equipment and maintaining a sterile environment * Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed If you are passionate about the field of medical aesthetics and are looking for an exciting new opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
