*About The Role*
We are seeking an energetic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales, handling customer inquiries, and closing large project bids. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. The successful candidate will play a critical role in growing our customer base, managing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Lead Generation & Qualification* - Contact inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to identify sales opportunities and qualify prospects.
* *Customer Engagement* - Build strong relationships with customers via phone, email, online communication tools, and in person. Listen to the customer's needs and build a solution around the customer. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to demonstrate the value Dayus can provide customers.
* *Sales Process Management* - Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through to closing deals.
* *Order Processing* - Prepare quotes and ensure accurate customer information is logged in CRM systems.
* *Meeting Targets *- Work towards meeting or exceeding set sales targets monthly.
* *Sales Reporting -* Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and provide updates to management.
* *Collaboration* - Work with the marketing team to align sales activities with campaigns and product launches.
* *Customer Support* - Provide post-sale assistance to customers, answering questions and solving problems.
* *Market Research* - Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, customer needs and feedback to report to management, marketing and product development teams.
*Qualifications*
* 2-5 years of inside sales experience.
* Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* HVAC industry experience is a plus.
*Work Environment*
* Primarily office-based with some travel required.
* Collaborative environment working closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams.
