By empowering our teams, we strive to provide high quality care in a learning environment. *Mental Health Worker (Developmental Services Worker)* You will be working with adults who have a Dual Diagnosis and provide support to all clients present in the home. You will be integral in the day to day lives of our clients and developing their life skills while providing quality care. Help foster lifelong friendships and community connections. Experience with Inuit and Indigenous culture is an asset. *Job Duties & Responsibilities* * Helping support mental health needs of dual diagnosis clients * Providing personal care (toileting, showering, assisting with toothbrushing etc.) * Managing challenging behaviours & behaviour tracking.
