*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to patients, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, research methodologies, and patient care practices. *Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for patients. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. * Provide therapy and counseling to children and adolescents with various psychological issues. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. * Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. * Engage in ongoing research to stay updated on best practices in psychology. * Participate in data collection and analysis for clinical studies or program evaluations. * Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options. *Skills* * Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to psychological practice. * Strong research skills to contribute to evidence-based practices. * Experience in data collection methods for clinical assessments. * Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and support. * Experience working with children, particularly those with special education needs. * Familiarity with hospital settings and interdisciplinary collaboration.
