DUTIES ? Set up and serve meals as per posted menu ? Portion appropriate food items as per standard portion sizes and posted menu ? Follow and complete audit books ? Clean and sanitize work area ? Operate kitchen equipment ? Re-therm food items as per posted menu as required ? Other duties as Assigned QUALIFICATIONS ? Grade 12 diploma or equivalent ? Ministry approved Food Service Worker Certificate or relevant food service experience in an institutional, health care, restaurant or hospitality setting ? Food Handler Certificate from Public Health Unit ? Knowledge of Food Premises Regulations made under the Public Health Act ?
