We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. *Responsibilities*
* Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Supervise and train staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and company policies.
* Handle cashiering duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering new stock and conducting regular price checks to ensure competitiveness in the market.
* Participate in interviewing potential candidates and assist with onboarding new employees.
* Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate timekeeping and employee records.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop promotional strategies that drive sales growth.

* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
* Experience in cashiering and handling financial transactions accurately.
* Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
* Proven experience in supervising teams within a retail environment.
