<p>Every day, the success of COGIR Immobilier is based on good teamwork between the different departments and on all the people who have joined the company for more than 25 years.</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>The Stella residence is currently looking for <BR>of a person responsible for evening maintenance, she will be responsible for carrying out various upkeep and maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments. <BR><BR>Full-time day position. 40 hours per week.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required</li><li>Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas</li><li>Clear and salt the entrances</li><li>Maintain and clean the premises</li><li>Make service calls</li><li>Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)</li><li>Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Referral Program</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Floating days off</li><li>Social leave</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>Consistent schedule</li><li>Career Opportunity</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>- LocationLaval, QC
