Our culture is driven by inclusivity and people who are empowered, proud, and believe in the power of a positive attitude. *EBus is currently looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Kamloops. This role offers 12-20 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours for vacation coverage or over the holiday season. Shifts fall between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:00 pm; weekend availability is required.* *Primary Responsibilities:* * Quote fares and rates; make, confirm, change and cancel reservations * Assist customers in planning travel times and routes * Process payments * Assist passengers with our online booking process * Greet passengers during check in process; assist with inquiries and luggage storage * Safely embark and disembark coaches * Provide information on company policies * Perform a variety of office and coach cleaning duties including vacuuming, cleaning lavatory, sanitizing, cleaning windows, emptying garbage *Desired Qualifications:* * Previous customer service experience * Cleaning experience considered an asset * Numeracy * Oral communication skills * Ability to work well with others * Superior problem solving and decision-making skills * Ability to search for and retrieve information * Ability to retain large amounts of changing information * Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer * Friendly, service-oriented personality *Wage: *$18.00 per hour Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 ? 20 per week Benefits: * Company events * Employee assistance program * On-site parking Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationKamloops, BC
