Workplace: 100 Prince Edward St, Saint John, NB E2L 4M5 Status: Full time 40 hours per week Salary: 17.50$ / hour Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the functionality and appearance of our properties at Prince Edward Square Apartments. Your primary duties will involve maintaining existing units, but you will also assist with renovations and cleaning as needed once your regular tasks are completed. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and address tenant concerns. Troubleshoot minor plumbing issues, such as changing faucets and clearing drains. Perform minor electrical repairs, including changing fixtures and outlets. Clean units after renovations and move-outs. Repair locks, knobs, and handles as needed. Assist with renovations and coordinate third-party contractors. Support daily maintenance and- LocationSaint John, NB
