<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Protrans is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Leading Logistic company based in Oakville (Ontario)<br><br><strong>Position: Customer Service Representative</strong><br /><strong>Pay: $45000 to $50000/year<br />Shift Timings: 8am to 4:30pm (Must be flexible to work in afternoons as well)<br />Close Intersection: Cornwall Rd & Ford Dr (Oakville)</strong><br /> </p><p><strong>Must have experience working as customer service in food processing environment.</strong><br><br><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br /> </p><ul><li>Print Orders for Receivers/Shippers</li><li>Have common knowledge of FEFO and shelf-life requirements</li><li>Knowledge of the Food Industry and Rules and Regulations</li><li>Always work to support GOP/GDP rules</li><li>Responsible for contracting clients to inform them of any issues pertaining to inbound and outbound shipments</li><li>Responsible for customer complaints and completion of waste disposal records</li><li>Responsible for scanning/uploading BOLs</li><li>Updating system and respond to customer inquiries</li><li>Inform supervisors, managers and VP of any issues in a timely manner</li><li>Print Purchase Orders</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Office software platforms and systems.</li><li>High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.</li><li>4 Years previous Customer Service Experience in logistics.</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to Customer Service</li><li>Self-Starter, focused, disciplined, and driven.</li><li>Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.</li><li>Warehousing and 3PL knowledge preferred.</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Protrans Personnel Services Inc. is a full-service recruitment company specializing in supporting customers with their contingent workforce needs in transportation, warehousing and distribution, manufacturing and administrative placements.
