Job details
Load and unload construction materials and transport them to designated work areas. Set up and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as needed on construction sites.Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete and asphalt.Assist tradespeople, including carpenters, bricklayers, cement finishers, roofers, and glaziers, with various construction tasks.Help heavy equipment operators by attaching specialized tools to machinery, signaling movements, and providing support for other activities.Align pipes and assist with related tasks during oil and gas pipeline construction.Provide support for drilling and rock-blasting activities at construction sites.Aid miners with excavation tasks and assist in operating drills and other machinery for surface mining.Level the ground to fine-grade specifications using rakes and shovels.Assist with building demolitions by using prying bars and similar tools, and organize, clean, and pile salvaged materials.Clear rubble and other debris from construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and similar tools.Operate tools and machinery such as pneumatic hammers, tampers, and vibrators as instructed.Tend and feed construction equipment like mixers, compressors, and pumps.Clean up chemical spills, remove asbestos, and handle other hazardous materials as necessary.- LocationRegina, SK
