We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience.
*Duties*
* Answering calls and ensuring all appropriate information is obtained
* Sending and receiving professional emails
* Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams
* Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Provide exceptional phone/email etiquette when interacting with customers
* Handle cash, process payment transactions
*Experience*
* Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
* Attential to detail
* Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone and email etiquette.
* Must be a team player
* Punctual and reliable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
