We believe in fostering a fun, energetic, and hardworking environment where our team thrives. *What You?ll Do:* * Mount and balance tires for cars and trucks, including professional-grade tires. * Work with TPMS systems and ensure proper installation. * Use hammer-on and stick weights like a pro! * Collaborate with our fantastic team to deliver outstanding service. * Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on various types of vehicles. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tire-related tasks. * Conduct inspections to assess tire condition and recommend necessary services to customers. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Handle heavy lifting as required when moving tires and equipment. *What We?re Looking For:* * *Experience:* 2-3 years in tire service required. * *Skills:* Proficient in mounting tires, balancing, and TPMS knowledge. * *Attitude:* A genuine, energetic, and fun-loving spirit is a must! * Proven experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge related to tire installation and maintenance. * Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely in an automotive setting. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with tire servicing. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the role. *Why Work WITH Us?* * We take care of our people?your well-being matters! * Commitment to equality and diversity in the workplace. * Competitive pay and benefits. * Opportunities for career learning and development. * Flexible scheduling with weekends off for a great work-life balance! *Ready to Roll?* If you?re motivated and eager to join one of the best teams in town, APPLY TODAY!
