*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and reliable part time chef or cook to join our team at the Courthouse Inn, a cozy bed and breakfast known for serving a three-course chef's breakfast for to up to 20 guests. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing creative and delicious meals while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. *Responsibilities*: * Prepare and serve a three-course breakfast for up to 20 guests * Ensure food is presented beautifully and consistently. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen. * Manage time effectively to ensure guests are served promptly. *Experience*: * Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen environment. * Ability to manage a kitchen independently. * Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools. * Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication, teamwork, time management, and organizational skills. * Flexibility to cover vacation shifts when required. *Schedule*: * Two consecutive days a week (6:00 AM ? 01:00 PM) (Times may vary) * Provide coverage during vacations for our main chef, as needed. *To Apply*: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your experience and interest in the role.
