In this role, you will be a vital part of ensuring smooth day-today operations, supporting our customers, and providing excellent service. If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and working in a collaborative environment, this position could be a great fit for you. *What you Will Do:* * Sample Coordination: Cut samples for customers and collaborate with the shipping manager to ensure timely delivery. * Customer Order Management: Create and manage customer profiles and orders using NetSuite. * Email and Communication: Oversee the company?s customer service and sales email inboxes, handling inquiries, and executing tasks to support the sales team. * CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update our HubSpot database to ensure accurate customer information and lead management. * Customer Support: Help customers understand the products and services we offer, providing top-notch support for their inquiries. * Lead Qualification: Serve as the first point of contact for new leads, gather relevant information, and present it to account managers for follow-up. * Supplier Coordination: Fill out supplier information forms as needed. * Phone Management: Manage the company?s general phone line, review and respond to voicemails. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Education: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor?s Degree preferred. * Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing or sales-related role is highly desirable. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems required.
