*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a strong emphasis on customer service. *Duties* * Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. * Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for cleaning and maintenance tasks. * Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify cleaning needs and report any maintenance issues. * Manage time efficiently to complete all cleaning assignments within designated time frames. * Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided. * Handle heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment during the cleaning process. * Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages as needed. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. * Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts. * Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring high-quality results in cleaning tasks.
