The Opportunity As a Document Controller working in the Alternative Projects Centre of Expertise (APEX) team at Pomerleau Construction, you will work closely with the the Proposal Manager during the proposal phase of our design-build projects. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects - ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion - you plan, configure, implement, and manage the document systems in accordance with our contractual requirements. What You Will Do Write document management procedures for the project, including document access management and definition of document communication and approval workflows. Develop a clear and concise document coding and identification system. Configure and implement the various components of the electronic document management software.
