*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. *Responsibilities* * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. * Assemble and install valves, fittings, and other plumbing components. * Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or areas needing maintenance. * Collaborate with HVAC professionals when necessary to ensure integrated system functionality. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their plumbing needs. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. * Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing systems. * Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. * Experience using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. *Annual bonus : $20,000.00-$25,000.00* Join our team today and contribute your skills to ensure that our clients receive top-notch plumbing services!
