*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Duties* * Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cleaning tasks. * Conduct custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards. * Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or maintenance needs promptly. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from occupants. * Manage time efficiently to complete all cleaning assignments within designated timeframes. * Lift heavy objects as needed while adhering to safety protocols. * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and tasks. *Requirements* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks. * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. * Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. * A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. * Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
