KRR is looking for a _*Licensed 309A Electrician*_to join our team full time, permanently! A full-service multi-trade company based in Stratford, ON; we are locally owned and operated servicing industrial, commercial and residential sectors across Southwestern Ontario for the past 25 years. Starting with in-house engineering and design, moving through fabrication, installation, and long-term support as required; KRR meets and exceeds our customer's needs. We are seeking an experienced *309A Electrician* to join our team; we are _not_ accepting positions for apprentices at this time. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. The successful candidate should have excellent leadership skills and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This role requires the skills to layout, organize, order material and oversee installation crews. *KRR is looking for:* * Valid 309A Electrical Certification required; * Valid driver?s license required; * Job running experience in industrial and commercial electrical is required; * Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge; * Multitasking, time-management and customer service skills; * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; * Pay is based on experience in the trades; *GENERAL DUTIES:* * Run large commercial projects, ensure resources (labour, material, equipment, etc.) are adequate; * Install, repair and maintain commercial electrical equipment and associated controls; * Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and schematics to determine layout of installations; * Prepare work orders using a computerized system; * Lead, supervise and/or train others as required; * Duties as assigned. *Why work for KRR?* * Benefits after successful probationary period including drug, vision, dental; * RRSP Matching Pension Plan after successful one year employment; * Competitive rates; * Company Vehicle; * Company phone after successful probationary period; * Uniforms provided / pants and work boots after one year employment; * Opportunities to grow and learn new skills every day.
