Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently operate a commercial truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and report any maintenance or repair needs- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise Experience:- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements- Proven track record of safe driving practices and adherence to traffic laws and regulations- Experience operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts or other machinery, is highly desirable- Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus Skills:- Proficient in operating commercial trucks and navigating various road conditions- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries and pickups- Strong attention to detail to accurately complete paperwork and maintain records- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to schedules and deadlines- Good communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members effectively We offer competitive pay rates, comprehensive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
