Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Confined spaces. Dusty. At heights. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Inspect buildings and outside areas to detect signs of infestation. Provide estimate of costs. Determine type of treatment required. Prepare and spray chemical mixture on infested areas. Fumigate households. Place and set traps to capture and remove animals. Install animal control barriers to keep animals off property. Clean out areas that harbour pests. Advise clients on how to prevent pest infestation. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Provincial Pesticide Applicator Licence. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone. Personal suitability: Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills. Judgement. Reliability. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Workplace information: On the road job.
