Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Non-smoking. Work setting: Private residence. Employer's home. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Distribute clean towels and toiletries. Stock linen closet. Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Disinfect operating rooms and other areas. Handle and report lost and found items. Provide basic information on facilities. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene. Launder clothing and household linens. Mend clothing and linens. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Shop for food and household supplies. Clean changing rooms and showers. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Security and safety: Reference required. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently.
