We put you first: * Pay is starting at $19.51 * Schedule 7:30am - 4pm (Monday to Friday) * Profit sharing plan * Telemedecine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions * Employee assistance program _(because we care about the physical and mental health of our people)_ * Annual flexible reimbursement program *Develop your talents* by applying your expertise within our facility in Victoria. * To safely and efficiently perform sorting, grading and placement of recycled materials in their appropriate areas according to the specific Departments? requirements and production standards. * Perform other duties as laid out by the Department Lead Hand e.g. housekeeping, equipment and yard cleaning, schaeffer washing, snow removal, assisting truck drivers. * Perform occasional groundskeeping when needed (light gardeninig once a month). *There's no one quite like you!* Respect your true nature by puting forward your strengths: * Must be able to work outside. * Good hand and eye coordination * Ability to work alone unless there is a project. * Must be able to stand throughout the whole shift. * Ability to work throughout seasonal exposure to hot and cold. *We look forward to meeting you! * #LP01 ?
