We are seeking a methodical and detail-oriented professional to join our development team at our downtown Kitchener, ON office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technical project management within software development and eager to grow with our expanding company. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* * Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring success by meeting scope, budget, and timeline standards. * Develop comprehensive project plans that align company goals with client requirements, coordinating various managers and technical staff throughout all phases. * Continuously monitor progress, creating detailed reports on milestones and deliverables. * Proactively communicate with team members and stakeholders to identify issues, create solutions, and drive efficiency improvements. * Review and implement changes to project plans by collaborating with stakeholders. * Maintain thorough project documentation. *QUALIFICATIONS* * Extensive leadership experience and strong team-building skills. * Excellent problem-solving abilities. * Experience with agile project management methodologies. * Strong documentation skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
