*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and beauty, coupled with strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and driving sales growth while adhering to budgetary constraints. *Responsibilities* * Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. * Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive team environment. * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase clientele. * Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies within budget. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly with excellent phone etiquette. * Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and sales management, to achieve business goals. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. *Skills* * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and staff. * Experience in team management, fostering collaboration and motivation among staff members. * Sales management experience is highly desirable to drive revenue growth. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. * Strong math skills for handling financial transactions accurately. * Ability to market spa services creatively to attract new clients.
