Sage Hill Dental in NW Calgary is looking to hire a part time Dental Assistant with potential to change into full time. Ideal candidate should be have an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills; be confident, energetic, friendly, team player and willing to learn. Qualifications: * Registered with Alberta Dental Assistant Association. * Computer skills and experience with Cleardent (preferred). * Valid CPR certification. Job Duties: * Welcome, seat, discharge patients and schedule appointments. * Proficient in taking Intra-oral and extra-oral X-rays. * Record keeping and Inventory management. * Set up operatories as per the procedure and protocols. * Disinfection and Sterilization and maintain sterilization logs. * Should be able to help at Front desk. * Take impressions and fabricate whitening trays. * Should be familiar with scanners. Experience: 1 year experience preferred, willing to train right individual, fresh graduates welcome to apply. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 18 ? 24 per week Benefits: * Dental care * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Weekends as needed Experience: * Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Alberta Dental Assisting License (required) Work Location: In person- LocationCalgary, AB
