Contact us to find out how we can work together!</p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Technical Support and Warranty Technician to support our customers and ensure the follow-up of warranties on systems from recognized brands in the field of renewable energy, including Victron Energy, Elios, Midnite Solar and others.</p><p>As a resourceful and detail-oriented individual, you will be the technical point of contact for customers, ensuring high quality support and rapid resolution of requests related to the performance and maintenance of the systems. We have an internal Ticket system to properly manage each case.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>- Provide technical support for partner brand products and systems: Victron Energy, Elios, Midnite Solar, and other renewable energy equipment.</p><p>- Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by customers, guiding them in the optimal use of the equipment.</p><p>- Manage warranty requests: coordinate repairs, part exchanges, and follow up until complete resolution.</p><p>- Assist in regular communication with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and follow-up of technical requests.
