Voyago is hiring a full-time Customer Service Specialist for our Checker Operations in London, Ontario. Your Role You are responsible for receiving calls and booking trips accurately and efficiently for Checker Limousine You provide a high degree of customer service in a fast paced environment Requirements Your profile You are able to read and communicate in English effectively You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent You have 1-2 years of Logistics or Call Centre experience You have the ability to work independently You have excellent problem-solving skills You have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed You are proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel You are an Emergency Telecommunications Graduate as an asset You are available Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm- LocationLondon, ON
