<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Saintuary Cafe </strong></p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-Time / Part-Time</p><p><strong>About Us:</strong><br />Saintuary Cafe is a new upscale, yet cozy destination in the heart of the Downtown Exchange and are looking for dedicated Barista's to join our vibrant team and contribute to our mission of creating memorable experiences for our guests. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to our quality standards.</li><li>Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment efficiently.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and lounge area.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and interacting with guests in a friendly manner.</li><li>Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.</li><li>Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies when necessary.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive work environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.</li><li>Exceptional customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.</li><li>Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality beverages.</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage plus tips.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>A fun and supportive work environment.</li><li>Employee discounts on all products under the Saint brand. </li></ul></div></div>- LocationWinnipeg, MB
