Position - HR Manager Location - valleyview, AB Full time Salary - $100k - $130k + Benefits (Depending on experience) Relocation - Relocation and commute package Provided Onsite - 5 days *Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage employee relations, oversee HRIS systems, and facilitate change management initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. *Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin* *- "Proficiency in Mandarin* *is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."* *Duties and Requirement * Education: Bachelor?s degree or higher, with preference for majors in Human Resource Management. Work Experience: 5-8 years of HR management experience, including practical HR experience in Canada. Familiarity with Canadian federal and local employment laws. Knowledge and skills in HR modules such as recruitment, compensation, and employee relations. Assist the company in talent recruitment for the business team in Canada, develop local recruitment channels, organize interviews, and follow up on employee onboarding. Diligently build and maintain positive relationships with Canadian employees, handle basic HR processes for onboarding, transfers, and exits in a timely manner, assist in resolving employee disputes and complaints, and work to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.
