Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Pharmacy or drugstore. Tasks: Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate. Enter client information in databases. Help pharmacists. Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products. Maintain prescription records . Prepare medications for clients. Clean and maintain equipment. Bill third party insurers. Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products. Order supplies and equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Accurate.
